Vetus is composed of 100% reindeer moss in an old green colour. The reindeer moss has a thickness of +/- 5 cm. The moss is bushy, soft and has hollow branches. The moss contains needles, giving it a natural look. Would you like to create a fresh and soft look in your interior? Then this moss artwork in one colour reindeer moss is suitable for you.
Properties of mosshexagon:
The moss applied is a 100% natural product and requires 0% maintenance. Among its properties and advantages are; high acoustic damping, fire-retardant (impregnated), very colourfast, no need for daylight, dirt-repellent (antistatic) and because the moss is no longer alive it needs no maintenance such as watering, pruning or fertilising. The moss creations are beautiful and soft to touch and have great appeal. Our mosses are of the highest quality, ensuring a very long lifespan (10-20 years).
A moss hexagon with a diameter of 1.00 cm has a weight of +/- 10-15 KG. We can also incorporate an optional acoustic plate (AkMOStico) in the Hexagon for optimum sound absorption. This provides 15% more sound absorption! Hexagons have 2 suspension eyes, so you can hang it yourself as you wish.
Edge finishing Hexagon:
We neatly round off the edge of the moss to the black panel.
