Moss variant Varius consists of a striking mix of bright colours. This moss style uses reindeer moss and bulb moss. This moss style has fewer height differences because no flat moss is used in the moss artwork. This moss mix looks great in darker rooms as it creates a fresh and energetic look.
Did you know that our round and oval moss artwork with a steel edge is perfect for industrial interiors? An oval moss artwork breaks the clean lines that often recur in interiors. The soft and natural look of the moss beautifully complements the often 'hard' materials used, such as concrete, steel and glass.
Properties oval moss artwork
The moss used is a 100% natural product and requires 0% maintenance. Among its properties and advantages are: high acoustic damping, fire-retardant (impregnated), very colourfast, no daylight, dirt-repellent (antistatic) and because the moss is no longer alive, it does not require any maintenance such as watering, pruning or fertilising. In addition, we offer the option of incorporating an acoustic intermediate plate (AkMOStico) for improved sound absorption. This provides 15% more sound absorption!
The moss creations are beautiful and soft to touch and have great appeal. Our mosses are of the highest quality which ensures a very long lifespan (10-20 years).
Edge finishing and weight of moss oval
Finishing 1: Edge not finished. The end side of the lower panel is black. The edge of the moss is neatly rounded off against the black panel. The total weight of this moss artwork is +/- 8 KG per m².
Finishing 2: Edge finished with a raised steel edge. The steel edging has a high-quality powder coating in the colour MAT black RAL 9005 (industrial black). The black steel edging of the ovals is available in two sizes: 120x60 cm and 160x80 cm. This gives the moss artwork a weight of +/- 14 KG per m².

Our oval moss artwork is easy to mount against a wall of stone, concrete, wood or plaster using our special hanging hooks. We also offer the option of having the oval hung by our installation team. If you wish to make use of this, please indicate this during checkout in the comments field. We will then contact you and you will receive the additional price for this.
