What payment methods are accepted?

At Mosschilderij.nl, you can pay online using the following methods:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Invoice (via bank transfer)
  • Bancontact (Belgium)
  • Visa Electron
  • Giropay (Germany)
  • Maestro
  • Mosschilderij gift card

Cash payments are only possible if you pick up the product at our showroom. For this option, please contact us at [email protected]. Installment payments are unfortunately not available.

Would you like to pay on account as a company?

Yes, you can pay by invoice. Place your order via our webshop and select "BANK" and "Pay by invoice" at checkout. You will receive the invoice by email. Once the payment is received, we will prepare and ship your order.

Do I need to pay anything for returning my product?

For product returns, you only pay the shipping costs. The product must be returned in its original packaging. Please first contact us via [email protected] for return instructions. You can also return the product to our showroom at Florapark 14, Asten.

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

During busy periods on our payment platform, payments can sometimes be delayed. Check if the amount has been deducted from your account. If you have not received an order confirmation after one hour, please contact us at [email protected] to check if your order was received. Also, check your spam folder, as the confirmation may sometimes end up there. If no money has been deducted, the payment has failed. You can then place the order again. We process orders only with successful payments, so you don’t need to worry about receiving two orders.
