Shipping & returns

Free shipping within the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders over €60. For other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Each order is handcrafted with care and securely packed for shipping. Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a track & trace link via email. Large moss artworks (over 100x100 cm) are delivered by our own service or a courier – we’ll contact you to schedule a delivery time.

Delivery times are listed on each product page, typically 3–8 business days. In a hurry? You can also pick up your order in Asten – email us at info@mosschilderij.nl to arrange it.

Not completely satisfied? Contact us within 14 days at info@mosschilderij.nl. We're happy to find a suitable solution with you.

Standard products can be returned within 14 days if they're in original packaging and accompanied by the invoice. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Custom-made products with specific requests cannot be returned.
Always contact us before sending anything back. Returns can also be made in person at our showroom: Florapark 14, Asten.

Please note:

• Discounts and promotional offers are only valid during the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively.

• ECO moss boxes and untreated loose moss cannot be returned. This is also noted on the product page.
