Shipping & Returns at Mosschilderij.nl
At Mosschilderij.nl, we offer free shipping on all products to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg for orders over €60.00. For shipping to other European countries and beyond, additional charges will apply at checkout.
We take great care in creating your beautiful moss product. Each item is carefully packaged and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the package has been handed over to the courier. Larger items (over 100x100 cm) will be delivered by our own delivery service or a courier. We will contact you to schedule a delivery time.
Delivery Time:
The delivery time for each product is listed on the product page. On average, orders are shipped within 2-8 business days, depending on the product. This timeframe is necessary as all our products are custom-made and handcrafted by our green artists.
If you need your order sooner, you can opt to pick it up at our showroom in Asten. Please contact us at [email protected] to schedule a pickup appointment.
Returns:
If, despite our careful efforts, you wish to return your ordered moss product, please contact us at [email protected]. We will work with you to find a solution to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you decide to return the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. As all our moss products are custom-made to order, you have a 14-day return period for standard products. Specific moss works are not eligible for return. Please return the product in its original packaging along with the invoice. Contact us first at [email protected] before sending the product back. Alternatively, you can also return the product in person at our showroom located at Florapark 14 in Asten.
Please note: Discounts and special offers are only valid for the specified period and specific products. They cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Due to the competitive pricing, our individual ECO moss boxes cannot be returned. This information is noted with the item.
